Plagued with neurosis, writer Alex Turner invites her "sister", Ann, over to her chic Tribecca loft to talk. Ann, it turns out, is actually a character from a recent novel which received an unfavorable review. After a brief chat, Alex decides to makes some changes- but characters, once created, don't take kindly to rewrites. A violent struggle ensues. In the end Alex succeeds in erasing Ann and perhaps a bit of herself as well.
